Description
Polycarbonate rooflights are designed to be a smart, robust and reliable method of allowing natural light into a room. Available in a range of colour tints (clear, diffused, opal and bronze) they can be made to suit customer specifications. They are manufactured using a thermoforming process in single, double or triple skin construction, allowing the rooflight to meet architectural requirements.
The kerb offers a ribbed band to the upper section of the external wall, to give improved adhesion to a variety of waterproofing systems. It is created using a ‘state of the art’ CNC manufacturing process, which guarantees the accuracy and consistency of each unit produced.
Designed to be installed at the finished roof level it is, therefore, the ideal choice for retrofitting to an existing flat roof. All of the kerbs in the range can be offered with a choice of dome or pyramid style rooflights and in double or triple skin variations, ventilation can be offered in the form of Titon hit and miss vents mounted to 2 no. or 4 no. sides of the kerb allowing the user to manually slide the vents open for background ventilation.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the rooflight size purchased is suitable for the intended installation. All measurements given from the product selector are internal aperture sizes (roof opening) where applicable.
